Richie Burlett, Owner
Richie grew up in Hendersonville before moving away for a 15 year career in health care management where he was Director of Environmental Services over three hospitals. In 2015, Dave convinced Richie to come back to Hendersonville. He not only taught Richie about the painting business, but also instilled a strong work ethic, a willingness to help others and passion for customer service. Richie manages business development for Burlett Painting, mainly through his involvement in many organizations and non-profits throughout the area. His passion for customer service is only surpassed by his willingness to get involved and help others to make our community a better place to live.
Terry Rief, Operations Manager
Terry has been with Burlett Paining since 2010 and in the painting industry for more than 20 years. He maintains and extensive knowledge of the latest painting products and has a knack for offering paint color advice. Terry oversees the daily operations of our crews as well as providing estimates.
